In addition to ESA of 2000, Starford International Inc uses internal employment policies. We provide fair employment opportunities to all domestic and foreign employees. Health Benefits |
All Full Time Employees are entitled to receive extended health benefits after three (3) months of employment. If employee wishes to add family members, cost of family plan will not be covered by the company.

Dress Code |
All employees must comply to business casual dress code.

Racial Discrimination |
Any employee found expressing racial comments towards others will be suspended for two (2) weeks, following notice of termination.

SIN & Work Visas |
All Employees in Canadian Office must be legal to work in Canada in the Province of Ontario, meaning all employees must present valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) before the first day of work. If the SIN begins with nine (9) a copy of a work visa must be presented to the hiring manager.

Payments |
All employees are scheduled to receive their monetary compensations in Bi-Weekly bases in accordance with current pay period schedule. All federal and provincial taxes, as well as CPP and EI will be deducted from gross pay amounts. Please note that all cheques must be picked up in person.

Time Management |
All employees are required to stamp the time card both IN and OUT. Any days with missed IN and/or OUT records will not be processed for payment.

Termination |
All employees willing to terminated their employment must provide a written notice not less than two(2) weeks prior to last day of work. Last paycheck must also be picked up in person and a termination form must be signed to received the last cheque.

Absents |
All employees must notify direct supervisor if for any reason they are not able to come to work, if direct supervisor is not available main reception desk must be notified. Failure to notify will result in a two(2) week suspension and termination of employment.
