Comwave Residential Long Distance Services was the first call center set up of Starford in Canada. Even though our experience comes from variety of marketing and call center management projects, we found that Canadian experience was completely different.

This is a Long-Term sales project, efficiency of which we monitor via our internal database. Up until August 2007, all sales were generated from cold calls with manual dialing. Weekly SPH (Sales Per Hour) reports are created and sent to the client for market analysis.

Our monthly competition analysis is done during regular marketing meetings with Comwave to assist in pricing and promotions. General management reporting of individual performance are also done on monthly bases. Below you can see the statistical analysis of performance. The numbers are not actual, but this model is build in rational relation to the actual sales numbers generated by our database. Actual sales statistics are kept confidential, to protect our client.

As of mid September 2007 we have changed our manual dialing to predictive dialer, for better efficiency and response monitoring. With this change we expect increase in individual efficiency by 60% and increase in overall sales by 35%. These statistics will be available in late November 2007.
