Toronto Community Pages is project that is entirely managed by Starford International Inc. We launched the product in late 2004 with. The idea behind the project design was to create an advertisement medium targeting new immigrant sector in Great Toronto Area while occupying our call centers between the projects.

The first edition was publicly released and distributed in July 2005 featuring close to 250 different advertisers. A press launch in September 2005 have attracted larger number of local media representatives and government officials.

Initial project cash flow cycle was determined to be 12 months, after careful financial and marketing analysis we have changed the project cycle to 6 months. With this change we were able to achieve a break even point after 26 months, 10 months earlier than have originally projected.

Current gross sales revenue of this project accedes $300 000, where sales of printed advertisement make 88% of all sales and online advertisement - 12%. We are able to achieve such revenue growth through 60% renewal rate, thus focusing sales affords towards new customers only.

We dedicate partial use of our international and Canadian call centers for TCP sales. Local media advertising through our existing business connections assists us with about 10-15% of gross sales revenue.
