Long- Term Call Centre Facility Contracts are ideal for the service industry targeting both public and commercial sectors. Long-Term Contracts usually involve setup costs and continuous ongoing costs of running the sales team. Setup costs include market evaluation, scripts, hiring and training. Whereas ongoing costs are based on an hourly rate per person per seat or rate per active sale generated.
